Please log on the official website of the China-ASEAN Expo (http://www.caexpo.org) and fill in the China-ASEAN Expo Hotel Reservation Form which can be downloaded from the official website of the Expo. Return the Form by Fax (Fax: +86-771-552032) to the Reception Division (for Professional Visitors) of the Expo Secretariat before September 30, 2005.

III. How to Attend
¡ð By Air
Professional visitors from the Chinese Mainland may buy the tickets of direct or transfer flights to Nanning at the local flight ticket agents.
Professional visitors from ASEAN Countries may take the temporary direct chartered flights (ASEAN ¨C Nanning). Please refer to the official website of the Expo (http://www.caexpo.org) for details concerning flight routes, ticket rates, arrival and departure time of the flights, ticket reservation methods, etc.
Professional visitors from other countries may reserve the tickets of flights to Nanning via their local ticket agents.
¡ð By Train
Direct or transfer trains to Nanning from major cities of China are available. Please buy the tickets at the local railway stations.
¡ð Shuttle Bus Service for Professional Visitors from the Canton Fair
Professional visitors, who plan to attend the Expo upon participating in the China Export Commodities Fair (the Canton Fair), may take the shuttle bus arranged by the Organizing Committee of the Expo between Guangzhou and Nanning. The shuttle buses are available at the designated places (please refer to the official website of the Expo for details). Passengers with valid passes of the Canton Fair will enjoy discount fare (the regular ticket fare is £¤180/each, while the discount fare for professional visitors is £¤100/each).
IV. Services Available in Nanning
¡ð Reception Points (for professional visitors)
The Reception Division (for professional visitors) of the Expo will set up reception points at the Nanning International Airport and the Railway Station of Nanning from October 16 to 22, 2005, and will provide shuttle buses to the designated hotels. The staff members of the Reception Station are at your service during the period.

Service Counters of the Expo will be set up at the designated hotels to offer you the following services:

¡ð Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses are available to facilitate the your trip from the designated hotels to and fro the Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center. You may take the buses free of charge by showing your valid pass issued by the Expo Secretariat.
