1. Pico Company Ltd. (China) takes care of setting up and re-building of all standard booths.

2. Setting up of Special Booths
1) Should you need to entrust the agents in charge of special design recommended by the Expo to set up the booths, please choose one of them and submit the related application to the Organizing Committee for record.
2) Exhibitors who are to specially design their own booths should observe the rules as follows:
(1) Verification and approval for design of pavilion shall be provided;
(2) The designated constructor for setting up special booths must be qualified for interior ornament;
(3) 3D color modeling drawings shall be provided;
(4) Plan and elevation drawing of the design shall be provided (including illustrations on size and materials needed);
(5) Directions on electricity power use and related requirements shall be provided.

3. Apply for passes for constructors. Constructor passes will be issued to certified personnel in charge of booth setting at the Pass Center.

4. Once the decoration is finished, the booths may be put into use upon the verification of departments in charge of security and fire prevention of the Expo.

5. Requirements
1) The area of upright projection of the special design and arrangement of the booths shall not go beyond the reserved space area.
2) Designated constructors are not allowed to make any amendments unilaterally to the verified booth arrangement plan; verification and approval must be obtained when any amendment is necessary.
3) Construction Certification should be hanged at the prominent site of the booth when construction is undertaken.
4) Designated constructors should abide by the regulations on fire prevention. The constructors are not allowed to undertake tasks beyond the defined scope, and should be under supervision and surveillance of the administrative departments of the Expo. Once any undertakings beyond the defined scope are found, the administrative departments of the Expo will give oral warnings to the constructor and even annul its construction qualification. All the consequences occurred shall be beard by the constructor.
5) Designated constructors are not allowed to use cutting machines or electric saws and spray paint at the construction site. Should any electric welding or wind welding is needed, the constructor is requested to make application to the administrative departments of the Expo and go thorough procedures related to fire use at the site by providing effective operation certification. When the relevant procedures are completed, the administrative departments of the Expo will designate electricians to conduct power connection, and then the constructor may use electricity for booth arrangement.

6. Surveillance Organization
The Exhibition Management Office of the Expo serves as the surveillance organization, which will undertake all-time supervision and management upon constructors in charge of booth arrangement, and fine those that break the relevant rules and regulations.
