Aimed to maintain good order for the Expo, prevent various accidents from happening, and to guarantee safety at the Expo, these Rules are promulgated as below:
1. Each pavilion shall organize a security team, headed by one of the leading members of the contractor of that pavilion (who is the first person to be responsible for the security of that pavilion). Meanwhile, a certain number of full-time security officials shall be appointed to assist the Security Office of the Expo in security and safeguard work.
2. A system of security responsibility shall be established, and measures on security and safeguard shall be taken based on the principle of ¡°whoever in charge must be responsible for the security.¡± To ensure the safety of the Expo, security publicity and management must be improved to enhance the security awareness of the participants of the Expo.
3. All participants of the Expo shall attach great importance to the security issue, conscientiously observe the rules and policies of the Expo in this regard, and work together to maintain the order of the Expo.
4. Within a period from exhibition booth arrangement to exhibit withdrawal, everyone accessing the Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center must bear a valid admission certificate issued by the Expo, obey the inspection procedures concerned, and cooperate with the security guards. Except for those being exempted from the entry inspection, all participants of the Expo must conscientiously obey the inspection procedures and cooperate with the entrance guards in this regard. No one is allowed to lease his/her own admission certificate to others, or bring anyone who bears no such certificate into exhibition pavilions. Otherwise, the person involved will be given penalties according to the related rules and provisions.
5. Exhibits, samples and personal belongings must be taken good care of. During the Expo, at the closing of the exhibition pavilion on each day, valuable articles must be put into the cabinet or safe for storage, or protected by other efficient measures. Articles mentioned above must also be looked after and administrated by specifically designated personnel. Exhibitors shall enter exhibition pavilions on schedule. For the safety of the exhibits, it is suggested that exhibitors should not withdraw from the pavilion ahead of the schedule.
6. Restrited knives, or other exhibits and samples in that kind, shall be locked in the cabinets or fixed to the exhibition board, and looked after and administrated by person especially assigned. The quantities of these articles shall be verified each time when the exhibition is opened or closed, so as to prevent them from being stolen.
7. To exhibit deadly poisons, inflammable, explosive and radioactive products and the like is prohibited. Only their imitations can be used for display. It is forbidden to bring the real objects of the above exhibits and samples into exhibition pavilions.
8. Decoration and construction of exhibition booths shall be carried out in accordance with the Rules on Fire Prevention towards Exhibition Pavilions. Exhibits shall be displayed in line with the rules and provisions concerned. Exhibits and sample exhibits may not be placed anywhere outside their exhibition booths. Inspection and correction by the Inspection Team and security personnel of the Expo shall be followed.
9. During the arrangement of the exhibition booths/space, vehicles transporting exhibits are to be parked at the designated temporary parking lot after entering the exhibition center. Upon unloading vehicles should leave the center immediately. Anyone taking exhibits out of the exhibition pavilions should produce the release permit from the Expo authority and pass the security check.
10. Vehicles entering the exhibition center must follow the command of traffic control personnel, follow the designated routes, and park on the designated spots.
11. Once a lost article is found during the Expo, it must be returned to the Security Office immediately. Please do not keep it or dispose of it without authorization.
