1. Booth Supporting Facilities & Rental
(1) Standard booth (9m2): USD1,200/booth，or RMB10,000 /booth
(3-D drawing of standard booth & its facilities: One (1) fascia board with the company title (Chinese & English) and booth number; Three (3) side panels; One (1) table, two (2) chairs, two (2) down lights, one (1) 500W single-phase socket, one (1) litter basket, and carpet.)
2. Net Space (36m2 least)
◆Indoor Net Space: USD120/m2，or RMB1,000 /m2
◆Outdoor Net Space: USD60/m2，or RMB500 /m2
Expenditures for non-standard booth decoration, including electric power supply, exhibition equipment leasing, booth cleaning, booth installation, etc. shall be borne by exhibitors themselves. 
2. Incentive Policies
(1) Preferential booth rentals are offered to the enterprises that make registrations with the CAEXPO co-organizers in ASEAN countries, departments in charge of commerce of provinces/municipalities of China or the exhibitor organizers authorized by the CAEXPO Secretariat.

2. 20% off the standard booth rental is given to the enterprises that make registrations directly with the CAEXPO Secretariat and meet one of the terms as follows:
◆ Make registration before May 31, 2008
◆ Participate in the CAEXPO as exhibitors for 2 times and above (inclusive of 2 times)
◆ Apply for an indoor exhibition space of more than 100m2, or outdoor space of 200m2.  
Preferences are not accumulative.
