Note: Enterprises as exhibitors shall remit their booth rentals to the designated account within the set period of time stated in the Letter of Confirmation.  Booth arrangement conducted by the CAEXPO Secretariat is subject to due payment.
Should enterprise having obtained booth confirmation and paid the rental cancel its booth, please inform the CAEXPO Secretariat before July 15 for a full refund.  A 50% refund will be paid if the CAEXPO Secretariat is informed before September 15, while no refund will be paid if the Secretariat is informed the cancellation after September 15.
