◆Qualification of enterprises as exhibitors of the CAEXPO: The CAEXPO Secretariat accepts only the applications made by the enterprises that meet the terms as follows:
Any enterprise participating as exhibitor shall be possessive of legal licenses in country/region where it is located.  If necessary, the CAEXPO Secretariat may request the enterprises to provide the photocopies of their original valid business licenses.
◆ To maintain order of the CAEXPO, enterprises participating as exhibitors shall observe the rules as follows:
The title of an enterprise used for registration shall be consistent with that on the fascia board of its booth.  No transferring or speculative reselling of booths is allowed.
Exhibits shall be consistent with the description of goods listed in the approved registration documents.
Enterprises shall not exhibit counterfeit products or infringe upon Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). 
Enterprises shall not retail their exhibits at the CAEXPO venue.
Enterprises shall observe other rules formulated by the CAEXPO Secretariat to maintain exhibition order.
◆Priority of granting exhibitor qualification will be given by the CAEXPO Secretariat to those top and reputed enterprises.  Enterprises may provide the documents and certificates of reward on their enterprises or products on vulnerable basis.
