How to Register
(I) For Exhibitors
1. Ways of registration
◆ Register with the CAEXPO Secretariat;
◆ Register with the CAEXPO Co-organizer in your country;
◆ Register with the departments of commerce in Chinese provinces or cities, or with the exhibitor organizers authorized by the CAEXPO Secretariat.
(Remarks: Both online registration and registration by fax are acceptable.)
2. Registration Deadline: August 15, 2011
3. Deadline for Booth Confirmation: August 30, 2011
(II) For Trade Visitors
The CAEXPO Secretariat, upon receiving the Registration Form for Trade Visitors of the 8th China-ASEAN Expo, will send relevant service information to those qualified trade visitors, including information on online pass-issuing service, transportation, accommodation, business-matching activities and other sideline programs.
Five pavilions are to be set up at the 8th CAEXPO:Pavilion of Commodity Trade, Pavilion of Investment Cooperation, Pavilion of Trade in Services, Pavilion of Advanced Technology, Pavilion of Cities of Charm.

Environmental protection cooperation is the theme of the 8th CAEXPO. China and the 10 ASEAN countries will choose one city of their own that has potentials for cooperation and development in this field as their Cities of Charm. Thematic conference on environmental protection and networking activities among cities will be arranged during the fair period.
