To maintain public health security of the 17th CAEXPO and CABIS (hereinafter referred to as “the two events”), we would like to bring to your attention the following rules on prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, which shall be observed in full.
 
I. Prior to Your Arrival at Nanning/Prior to the Opening Date 

1. All people who will take part in the two events or sideline forums, including exhbitors, guests, support personnel, representatives of press and media, working staff,  service personnel, and volunteers, etc., shall conduct self-monitoring for 14 days at least, prior to their arrivals at Nanning, or prior to the dates the relevant tasks start. They shall sign and submit the Health Commitment  upon filling in all required and valid information. 

2. Anyone who will access exhibition zones or halls of the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (NICEC) during the move-in period, i.e. November 19-25, 2020, shall conduct a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and submit the report that proves he or she has been tested negative for COVID-19. The test results are valid for 7 days, starting on the date of specimen collection, or, valid for 5 days, starting on the result printing date.   

3. Anyone who will access exhibition zones or halls of the NICEC during the fair period, i.e. November 27-30, 2020, shall conduct a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and submit the report that proves he or she has been tested negative for COVID-19. The test results are valid for 7 days, starting on the date of specimen collection, or, valid for 5 days, starting on the result printing date.   

4. A person concerned shall complete the application and registration for his or her Guangxi Health Code. 

5. The person concerned shall sumbit, in time,  his or her COVID-19 test report  (negative results),  Health Commitment and all other needed documents to the CAEXPO Comprehensive Information Service Platform or to the CAEXPO SmallAPP on wechat for review and verification. 

6. It is recommended that a person who has developed symptoms like fever within 14 days prior to his or her arrival at Nanning, or who comes from those places where COVID-19 cases are found and which have been rated as medium or high-risk areas within 14 days prior to his or her arrival at Nanning, shall NOT come participate in the CAEXPO and CABIS in Nanning. 

7. Organizers of delegations or missions shall gurantee that all the delegates, mission members and personnel concerned would complete, on schedule, the nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 and registration for their Guangxi Health Code, collect their test results and submit all needed materials to the CAEXPO Comprehensive Information Service Platform or to the CAEXPO SmallAPP on wechat for review and verification. 
 
II. During Your Stay in Nanning and For Locals 

1. A person concerned shall conduct self-monitoring on a daily basis. Feeling unwell or developing sympotoms like fever, he or she shall notify the organizer immediately and seek medical advice at hospitals or on-the-spot medical service stations. 

2. It is recommended that a person shall NOT visit a crowded or less ventilitated public place, or participate in any gathering activities,  unless necessary. He or she shall wear a mask when using public transit services.  

3. At an event venue, a person concerned shall wear a mask and keep a safe social distance of 1 meter at least from others. 

4. A person whose information on his or her COVID-19 test, Health Commitment or Guangxi Health Code is found incomplete or abnormal will be prohibited from accessing any event venues. 
He or she may conduct another round of test at the nucleic acid detection insitutions. 

5. A person concerned who develops abnormal body temperature (≥ 37.3℃) or other suspected COVID-19 symptoms shall cooperate with the on-the-spot personnel for epidemiological investigations and corresponding treatments. He or she shall NOT access any event venues before obtaining the diagnosis results. 

6. Organizers of delegations or missions, and assigners of task personnel, shall designate contact persons for epidemic control and prevention issues, and urge the persons concerned to observe all relevant rules and regulations. Anyone who develops abnormal body temperature (≥ 37.3℃) or other suspected COVID-19 symptoms shall cooperate with the on-the-spot personnel for epidemiological investigations and corresponding treatments.

7. For other issues not mentioned herein, the regulations formulated by Guangxi for epidemic control and prevention purposes shall be applied. Anyone who deliberately conceals his or her medical history, travel history or contact history,  covers up symptoms through self medication, conceals or deliberately omits any information on his or her physical condition, or shirks epidemic prevention measures, shall be prohibited from accessing any event venues. He or she shall be held liable for legal responsibilities, should any severe consquences be incurred.  
 
Notes for Pass Applicants
 
An applicant shall submit all needed information, including negative test results for COVID-19, Health Commitment and Guangxi Health Code (green), to the event organizing committees for review and verfication. Your event pass will be activated with their approval.

1. The results are valid for 7 days, starting on the date of specimen collection, or, valid for 5 days, starting on the result printing date.

Anyone who will access exhibition zones or halls of the NICEC during the fair period, i.e. November 27-30, 2020, shall conduct a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and submit the report that proves he or she has been tested negative for COVID-19. The results are valid for 7 days, starting on the date of specimen collection, or, valid for 5 days, starting on the result printing date.

3. The applicant concerned shall sumbit, in time,  his or her nucleic acid test report  (negative results),  Health Commitment and all other needed documents to the CAEXPO Comprehensive Information Service Platform or to the CAEXPO SmallAPP on wechat for review and verification.

4. Your event pass will become invalid automatically, if the test results expire. To reactivate the pass, you need to conduct another test and submit the new results and other valid information. 
For a person, whose first admission to NICEC exhibition zones or halls will take place on November 19, he or she shall conduct a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and submit valid test report. The report is considered valid only, with a specimen collection date being November 13 or onwards or with the result printing date as November 15 or onwards. The negative test results will prevail until November 25. 
For a person, whose first admission to NICEC exhibition zones or halls will take place on November 27, he or she shall conduct a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and submit valid test report. The report is considered valid only, with a specimen collection date being November 21 or onwards or with the result printing date as November 23 or onwards. The negative test results will prevail until November 30.
 
II. Application for Guangxi Health Code 

A person concerned shall complete the application and registration for Guangxi Health Code one (01) day at least prior to his or her admission to the NICEC. Being a green code holder, his or her event pass will be activated.  For code application and registration, please visit relevant SmallAPP on wechat or Alipay.
