On the evening of September 17, the 12th CAEXPO Business Networking was held in Nanning. This business networking takes "win-win cooperation to build the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road" as its theme, and is sponsored jointly by the China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat and China-ASEAN Entrepreneurs Association. About 600 representatives from Ministry of Commerce of China, the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China Federation of Industry and Commerce, CAEXPO Secretariat, China-ASEAN Center, chambers of commerce of China, ASEAN Secretariat, South Korean delegation, chambers of commerce of ASEAN countries, international organizations, domestic and foreign enterprises, etc. attended the business networking.
It is pointed out at the business networking that the CAEXPO has built an important platform for friendly exchanges, trade promotion and cooperation among countries in various fields. It not only serves 10 + 1 cooperation of China and ASEAN, but also serves for RCEP cooperation and “one belt, one road” construction, which has achieved remarkable results. Guangxi, as the forefront and window of China-ASEAN cooperation, is building an international channel facing ASEAN, a new strategic fulcrum for the opening up and development in Southwest and MidSouth China, the important gateway for the “one belt, one road” organic convergence.
ccording to the Mr. Wong, President of Thailand-China Business Council that since the convening of China-ASEAN Expo, the bilateral trade between Thailand and China has developed rapidly in recent years at a double-digit annual growth rate. Thailand, as the regional convergence center and an important hub of ASEAN and the theme country of the 12th ASEAN Expo, will provide unlimited investment opportunities for the investor in both sides. Thailand-China Business Council is willing to make all efforts to support CAEXPO, bridge for the investment and business exchange of two countries, and provide services within their power.
